Condition grades explained

Every used device is inspected and graded by hand before it is listed. The grade describes cosmetic condition — every device we sell is fully functional, whatever its grade.

Like New

Trade: Grade A+

No visible wear; typically open-box or unused returns

Battery health 95% or higher

Excellent

Trade: Grade A

Light to no cosmetic wear

Battery health 90% or higher

Good

Trade: Grade B

Moderate wear, fully functional

Battery health 85% or higher

Fair

Trade: Grade C

Heavier wear, fully functional

What every device gets

  • Functionally tested before listing
  • Graded by hand, with its own condition notes
  • Photographed individually — the photos are of the device you receive
  • Battery health measured and published
